When I bought my first laundromat I struggled. I lost a lot of money for a long time before I started to figure things out on my own. There were very little resources to help me and I had been burned by the only experienced person I knew in the industry. But when I started to figure things out, everything changed for me when I realized one thing:

That’s when I set about the process of creating the roadmap to take you from “idea” to “empire”. You can say this is over a decade in the making, but I built it in earnest over more than 2 years. Our 7-Part Framework
Courses
Our program consists of 4 phases, each of which contains courses to help you learn the information you need to know, the systems you need to implement, and the tools you’ll need to use to build your legacy. These courses are designed to create “Clarity” (a core value) around the process of building your business.
1-on-1 Coaching
You’ll be paired up with an experienced coach who will help you brainstorm, strategize, implement, and problem solve. Your personal coach will also be there to keep you accountable and to encourage you. The experience and network of your coach will act as one of your safety nets that will give you the confidence to live out our “Default to Action” value.
Collaborative Community
Since the birth of Laundromat Resource, we have insisted that we can go farther, faster together. We intentionally designed this program to be community-oriented. The reality is that there is no guru here. No one person knows all the answers. “Collaboration” (a core value) with the whole group, mastermind groups, and even our signature Outside Eyes Audits (OEA) shortcut our learning and growth.
Personalized Repository
Every member of the community will have their own online repository. It will include action-based tools and resources, data collection through phase-specific scoreboards, open-source Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tech stack recommendations, a communal network repository, and a machine quotes repository. These tools and resources are “Data-Driven” (a core value) and “Default to action” (a core value). Some are even “Collaborative” (a core value).
Live Events
Real-time, live, and interactive small group workshops geared to both educate and implement at the same time. This is an “action-first” format that aligns with our action-first core value. It centers around educating enough to take the next action steps. These will be live online, with a goal of adding exclusive in-person events, as well!
Recommended Learning
We’ve compiled and will continue to compile “Collaboratively” (a core value) lists of learning materials that coincide with each phase of our process. The core of this program is not about laundromats, or cash flow, or even freedom; the core of the program is you and who you are becoming as a person. Our “Growth Always” core value applies to our businesses, but it also, and more importantly, applies to us.
