      Driving has always been a bit stressful for me but recently I have been trying to stay more mindful behind the wheel The other day I got caught in really bad traffic on my way to an important meeting and I could feel the frustration building up fast My hands were gripping the wheel tightly and I was constantly checking the time making the whole experience even worse I realized that I needed a better way to handle these situations without getting so worked up Are there any mindfulness exercises that help keep calm during stressful driving situations

          I have never really thought about mindfulness while driving but it actually makes a lot of sense I guess anything that keeps people focused and calm on the road is worth trying especially with how chaotic traffic can be sometimes
