I, for example, prefer to do it in the morning when my breasts are in their natural state. It’s important that you’re wearing a minimum amount of clothing – it’s best if you’re wearing a regular bra with no extra bulk. Start by measuring the girth under your breasts. To do this, wrap a centimeter tape around your body just under your breasts. It should be snug but not too tight. Memorize the resulting value – this will be your base size. The next step is to measure the volume of your breasts. Again, wrap the centimeter tape around the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor and not stretched. The difference between these two measurements will give you your cup size.
