How much is really required to open a laundromat, including build out (say 2000 sqft), machine down payments, etc? I’ve looked at franchises that require liquidity anywhere between $300K-$500K, and SpeedQueen franchises require an additional $2M net worth. Does this reflect the true startup cost? I’m hesitant to commit more than $100K.
