Pick up drop off (in house) vs. Sub out to delivery

Has anyone done any cost analysis on conducting pick up/delivery (in house) vs. contracting that portion out of the business out? I’m thinking of contracting it out for the launch then perhaps bringing that service in house? Any thoughts or input on this?

Very important information, thank you for sharing! I’ve done a bit of both and found that while outsourcing can be easier in terms of logistics, there’s something to be said for keeping things in-house when it comes to maintaining customer satisfaction. On a similar note, when I was building my own space a few years ago, I found kb home reviews to be incredibly useful. They helped me understand the pros and cons of different builders, especially when it comes to customer service and reliability. It’s always good to have solid reviews to help guide big decisions!
