I am a nurse by day who has spent the last several years as a real estate investor but due to the crazy costs of rental properties and real estate at this time, have decided to venture into a different revenue stream and business direction. I purchased my first laundromat 2 weeks ago today. Interesting learning curve as it is 75 minutes away from my home base. Looking at expansion already as the building it is located at has an empty suite next door. Updating equipment, adding a wash and fold service along with a coffee kiosk are all plans for the very near future! Excited about the challenge and opportunities in store for me. Grateful for any advice you would like to share..
