Hello! My family inherited a laundromat from my grandma last year when she passed away. Business was GREAT up until about 3 months ago. The same gentleman has worked the laundromat for many years, coming in 5 times a day to make sure it is clean and there are no homeless people trying to camp out. He has been off for 2 months with health issues and since then we have lost a lot of business and have had homeless people in there often – last night found one of them smoking in the bathroom. My dad works a full-time job on top of this and is so stressed out because he isn’t sure how to fix the issue. Does anyone have tips on how to keep the riff raff out and drum up business.. we currently don’t have social media as its never been an issue before but are open to whatever suggestions you all have!
