I am very new to the business, I am looking to buy laundromat in my city(Winnipeg). The laundromat sale comes with a convenience store aswell. I was wondering if I would be able to shut down the convenience store and just have the laundromat or would i still need an attendant either way? I am very fresh to this and stumbled upon a great deal for a laundromat. The laundromat is in a pretty rough neighbor hood. I would love some guidance I am only 21
