Hi Everyone, I just stumbled onto laundromats and decided to take a look for fun. And as I’m sure you can imagine that was the “fatal mistake”. I’m now seriously trying to buy a laundromat that I found up for sale! Anyway, I’m glad to be here and hope that I can get into this great business. Question for you, is it possible to estimate utilities costs (like average per washer, etc.) or do I just have to see their utility bill to get that information. Thanks
