Hello everyone,I’m Dave and I live on Long Island. I have been looking for my first laundromat and educating myself on the industry for about four months now. I’ve been in healthcare for 25 years and looking for a new industry to grow old with. I’m 8n Smithtown and so far have looked at several laundromats but so far the prices were too high and the equipment too old. I have experienced realtors who really have very little information. Jordan’s videos and webinars have now educated me that making an offer seems to be the key to getting the best information. I had been looking for information in order to make a qualified offer but now I see you make the offer and then enter 5he due diligence stage. Always looking for advice. Thanks
