I am 40 year old family man and im looking to acquire my first laundromat! I have a 3 year old and currenltly live in Jersey a but looking to move in ORlando, Florida in Feb 2023
I first started dabling with the idea 4 months ago till i met Jordan on Youtube.
Since then a deal has fallen on my lap and i am learning as much as i can to be able to close this deal.
I am open to partnering with someone or this deal which requires a $50 k down and $200k owner finance. I don’t have that much cash to put down but i got a good deal and would hate to lose this opportunity.
