      Hi everyone

      I have a question, I have a realtor that just sent me some listings of laundry mats for sale in the Los Angeles area and all of the listing mentioned that the inventory is not included in the sales price

      The amount of the sales are between $120,000-$325,000 and I was wondering if this is normal for the inventory not to be included?
