I saw Jordan’s YouTube vid a week ago and it lit a flame I have been nurturing for over a decade.
My wife and I are from the 909 area of Los Angeles and had a good faith deposit on a Laundromat in Ontario, CA about 18 years ago. Long story short we needed to bail out of the deal and have related to San Diego.
We have always been keen on investing in laundromats as we are nearing our retirement years. We are looking to replace the trading of hours for dollars method of earning money with entrepreneurship. We have been looking to get into the space again, so Jordan’s vid was a timely suggestion by the analytics gnomes over at Google.
Please send me a list of things to help me get started on our journey again toward owning our first laundromat.
