Hi everyone! I have a question about demographics and what the ideal scenario is for a laundromat. I know location plays a big part in every laundromats criteria but I am curious as to what everyone’s quick looks start with. Population and household income levels. Percentage of renter’s to home owners in a given area. How many square miles out should I be researching on. I am just getting into researching laundromats and have a lot to learn still. Thanks!
