Guys, I’ve decided to take care of my health and pay more attention to my diet. Now I’m trying to figure out how many calories I need to consume each day to lose weight. I know there are many calculators online that help me calculate this, but which one is really good? What’s the best way to take into account things like activity level, age, and weight? For example, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but the rest of the time I have a sedentary job. Share how you calculate your daily calorie intake? And if anyone has used such calculators, tell me how accurate they are? And in general, should you trust such tools or is it better to consult a doctor or nutritionist?

I can recommend using the tdee calculator . This is one of the best online calculators because it takes into account all individual characteristics – age, weight, height, gender, and activity level. One of its main advantages is accuracy. It calculates how many calories you need to maintain your current weight or lose/gain. It is convenient and available online, which does not require any costs or special knowledge. Another plus is the ability to adjust to different activity levels. For example, if you go to the gym 3-4 times a week, it will take this into account, and you will get an accurate result.

I have been using this calculator for several months now, and I can say that it helps control my diet very well. I like that it does not just give general advice, but adjusts to your activity level. This is important if, like me, your activity schedule is constantly changing. For example, when I exercise more, I immediately see how many calories I need.
