Excited to be here, I am interested in purchasing Laundromat in Northern CA and stumbled upon this site. Very useful resource indeed.
Looking for help on purchasing first laundromat, already narrowed one and talked to the owner. Owner does not want to go with brokers (not sure why), are there any entities who can help me navigate the purchase (book verification, escrow etc.)
