My name is Deonte I am new to the business, currently I am working a W2 job with the local Gas Utility company. I found my interest in buying a laundromat due to the dire need for one where I live. Earlier this year and mid 2021 there was two different laundromats that closed down permanently causing tenants and neighbors to fight over the use of washing machine and dryers at the neighboring buildings, it’s become chaotic. Imagine multiple buildings with 1-2 washers & dryers to a building with 20+ units. I have the determination to purchase or lease one of the old locations and start up my own coin laundry. I am here to network and gain knowledge, resources & experience.
