I waned to introduce myself and say hello to the community. My name is David and I currently live in Bloomfield New Jersey. I am looking to purchase my first laundromat by the end of the year, 2021. I currently work a W2 job, own a few residential real estate rentals, and I have an Ecommerce company. I am no stranger to running a business, but a brick and mortar type business will be a new arena for me. I am looking to replace my W2 income with laundromats and acquire commercial RE in the process. Id love to connect with other members around the NY & NJ area.
