I’ve owned a laundromat North of Atlanta for about 3 months now. It is my first laundromat and I operate it with a co-owner. So far it has gone extremely well and a number of improvements we’ve made have made a significant impact to topline revenue (30% in <3 months). We’re quickly learning the ins and outs of laundromat operations and have gotten pretty handy with repairing equipment as well.
We’ve done a lot of work improving our online presence as well (check out our new website for example – https://southcobbcoinlaundry.com/). Its a slow process getting to the top of the google search rankings but I’ve been plugging away.
Looking forward to learning more through these forums and hopefully contributing as much as I can too.
