Hey Everyone!
I wanted to get everyone opinions on partners and partnerships. Specifically finding one and if you would do it long distance.
I am having issues finding laundromats foe sale in my area. On top of that the next town over isn’t a place I would live much less own a business. So, I’ve been thinking of going out of state or much further away. I was originally thinking of hiring someone to run a LM for me, but I figure if there’s a partner their equity share would be good motivation to work just as hard as me. I’m just not sure how to find someone like this or the steps to take.
