Hi LR Fam,

Taking action takes a village! Does anyone have an example CONTRACT they’d be willing to share. I have a laundromat I’m interested in. I’ve met with the owner today and I think the place has potential. My main concern is having a contingecy regarding lease negotiations, obviously amongst other things. Any help will be appreciated.
