1st time laundromat buyer here Due Diligence Question:
One of the Stipulations on the offer sheet stated for 12 months of Upadted Utlities The seller gave me Half of 2018 and 7months of 2019 No 2020 Utilities. My gut is telling send it back.
I get the seller wants to present the picture of when the store was doing good. But with Covid on the prowl for the last 5 months. I feel this has to be a heavy factor in the Due Diligence phase.
