One thing I didnt see in the analysis which I am suprised about is the location from other Laundromats and their age, performance? or pickup areas overlapping etc.
I am looking at buying one and it has lowered its prices in store but there is also 2 other ones in relative close proximity.
Thoughts on proximity distance and monitoring competitors in the context of buying one?
