I’m exploring various payment systems that will allow me to capture analytics for my laundromat. Data points I would like to track are as follows:
– Individual customer behavior (e.g. avg. spend per customer, frequency of visits, time of visits, etc.)
– Washer and Dryer data (e.g. when the machines were used, what settings were selected)
Ideally, I would use a mobile payment system/bluetooth system to minimize costs. Additionally, I’m looking for a hybrid system that would allow for a coin & mobile/card payments. The closest thing I have is a system called PayRange. While it is a very cost effective and simple to implement, it has the drawback of having very limited data available regarding customer behavior.
