In my search for a laundromat to acquire, I’m seeing a lot of customer reviews online about pests; specifically rats. It’s pretty disgusting and also apparently pretty common. I don’t know much about pest control, but I do know that step 1 is to remove what is attracting them. Can anyone tell me what is attracting rats to laundromats? Is it the vending machines? The dirty laundry? Customers snacking and spilling crumbs that don’t get swept up? When I get a laundromat, I really want to address any pest problems straightaway. I can use all the advice!
