I agree with the previous opinion. Problems with shift overload and their distribution can indeed arise, even if the parameters are set up correctly. I also started with automatic scheduling, but I realized that it is important to focus not only on the number of shifts, but also on more detailed settings, such as employee qualifications and their personal preferences.
