What ethical issues arise when using AI in the arts? Recently we have seen artificial intelligence being actively incorporated into creative processes, from music creation to image generation. This raises a lot of questions about creative license, authorship and originality. For example, if AI creates a work of art, who is its author?

One of them is the question of authorship. If AI creates a photo, for example, using deepnude who is considered the author: the algorithm developer, the person in the photo, or the AI itself? The issue of originality is also important, as AI learns from existing data, which can lead to the creation of content derived from other works. This raises issues of plagiarism and intellectual property. In addition, technology can be used to create objectionable content, which requires discussion

I think we need to actively talk about how AI is affecting the creative professions. On the one hand, it opens up new opportunities for creativity, but on the other hand, it jeopardizes traditional approaches.
