Hi There! Im new to the biz. I have found a zombie mat. It is pretty rundown. I would like to make an offer. I know it has changed owners. However I’m having a hard time seeing how much the biz was sold for. Ive tried to call the commercial real estate mangers to see how much per sq. ft. Im looking for ANY indication on about how much would be a reasonable offer would be. Do any expert owners have any advice?
