In trying to assemble a team for my impending laundromat empire, I have asked a few friends who own small businesses (not all of them laundromats) for referrals to lawyers they have used when doing business. I did have one person, who has owned multiple successful small businesses, respond that they have never used a lawyer but instead have exclusively used LegalZoom. I am curious if anyone has ever used LegalZoom instead of hiring a lawyer for their laundromat business needs. Is this an option to be explored or should I focus on finding a living breathing human to work with?
