Hi, all. I’m Suzanne, and I’m new. I want to purchase my first laundromat in NY (Westchester, Duchess, Putnam, Rockland) or CT (Stamford, Darien). I’m currently analysing a deal and unsure what to do. I’ve wanted to own and operate a laundromat my entire life — instead I went to law school, which resulted in a good life lesson — don’t go to law school if you want to buy a laundromat.
