Hi There. I wanted to introduce myself and want to connect with other like minded investor/owners. I have owned over my life several SFR rentals and CRE Private Equity deals in California. I liquidated all that and flush with cash I am closing on my first laundry. I am a week or so out of buying my first laundry in SoCal (Noho area).
