looking to purchase my first laundromat. The laundromat is located in a huge shopping complex and stores do not have separate water meters. Water in included in the rent. The elect. bill its averaging 60KWH per day.
It has 20 washers and 30 dryers about 15 years old. it has gas heat and LED lighting total 1400 sf space.
