Hello!
I’ve worked in IT most all of my life with a few years of real estate mixed in. I’m tired of working in the corporate world and want to start to replace my W-2 salary. I’ve been reading and consuming hours of laundromat content each day and getting more interested with each piece. I’ve been going to each laundromat in my city 1 by 1 to get a feel for the market. There are 23 in the city. The population in my city is 65,800. I have my eye on one possible opportunity. I’m happy to see what a large community exists in this space! Looking forward to the journey of owning my first laundromat!
