      Hello All –

      I am in the LA/OC (California) area and currently in my first Due Diligence for a Wash & Fold Business. I need help finding someone who can assess the equipment on-site (Dexter Washer/Dryers). Any recommendations for a person or company to work with? First time buyer here.
