I am ready to purchase my first laundromat. I live on Long Island, NY and am interested in learning about the difference/advantages/disadvantages between sewer and cesspool.
-What are the advantages of sewer over cesspool or vice versa?
-For the cesspool, how often does it need to be cleaned? How much should one budget for this?
-Does the water filtration system require routine maintenance? If so, how much should one budget for this?
-Are there compliance requirements when having a cesspool? If so, what?
