Hi all, just wanted to jump on here to introduce myself. My name is Brandon and I’m a real estate investor in CA. I sort of stumbled into this laundry business after hearing Dave Menz on the bigger pockets business podcast. That episode stuck with me when my wife and I were analyzing a mixed use property to potentially buy. I’ve only ever bought residential property so the commercial side of it was new to me. The building was vacant and I thought maybe we can turn that thing into a cool laundromat business. I started doing research and found the Laundromat Resource podcast (turns out he had Dave on first!) and from there I had the motivation to actually go through with the laundromat conversion. Anyway, we closed on the property and now we’re bout to start a full build out! We might be crazy, but we’re in it now.
